ALTOONA, PA – June 19, 2023 – Pyramid Healthcare, Inc. announced today the opening of a new outpatient behavioral health treatment center in Moraine, Ohio. This opening marks Pyramid Healthcare Inc.’s first facility in Ohio, and will provide substance use and mental health treatment program for adults. Pyramid Healthcare and its affiliated companies currently operate 81 behavioral health education or treatment facilities now in eight states with the addition of the Moraine, OH location.

Just six miles southwest of Dayton, the Moraine program serves adults in the surrounding areas with a full continuum of individualized, evidence-based outpatient treatment options. Services will include comprehensive level of care assessments, Mental Health Day Treatment (MHDT), ambulatory detoxification, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Outpatient, medication management, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD), individual, family, and group therapy and peer recovery support services.

The experienced and knowledgeable outpatient treatment team in Moraine incorporates an integrative and individualized approach consisting of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Psychoeducation treatment models. Additionally, individuals who contact the Moraine outpatient program receive a timely treatment evaluation – often within 24-48 hours of initial contact or on a walk-in basis.
