Pyramid Healthcare’s Altoona Outpatient Treatment Center offers accessible services for adults and adolescents in Blair County and surrounding areas. The facility provides outpatient individual and group therapy. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is available, including Methadone, Sublocade and Subutex for pregnant women.

The facility is easily accessible via bus routes, and services are available during day or evening appointments. Most private insurance, Medicaid and county funding are accepted.

Walk-In Assessments

Walk-in assessments are available Monday-Thursday from 7am-4pm and Friday from 7am-1pm. Please call for more information.

Clients interested in medication-assisted treatment receive an evaluation to identify the medication that best aligns with their recovery goals, needs and treatment plan. Individuals enrolled in this service also attend an MAT Maintenance group once per month.

Our clinic in Altoona is open from 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Dosing hours are 5:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. We are open from 6:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on Saturdays. We are closed on Sunday.
